  • FLAT-PANEL MONITOR HOLDER:
    A portable holder for a monitor is taught, whereby a flat-panel monitor can be suspended in a portable holder from a ceiling or from a vertical object. The holder comprises a body, a mechanism for holding a monitor and the body together, a stem with a ball-type terminus, an optional attachment, and a mechanism for suspending the monitor holder from a ceiling, using the stem, or a vertical object, using the optional attachment.
  • METHOD OF USE OF A COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE PORTABLE VIRTUAL REALITY SYSTEM:
    The present invention comprises a method of use for a commercially available portable virtual reality device comprising use of a portable virtual reality device for entertainment by one or more persons who are in a mentally and physically sedentary setting; and use of a virtual reality scenario that is related to but more stimulating than a person’s physical setting.
  • METHOD OF MAINTAINING THE VALUE OF HOME INSPECTIONS OVER TIME (CONTINUATION-IN-PART)
    The present invention provides the home inspection industry with an easily implemented method for creating and maintaining an organized history of home inspections for a particular property over time. The inspector performs an original inspection, then maintains a file of updated inspections over time. The file may be maintained on the internet or on paper. The frequency of the updates may be annual, or updates may occur more or less frequently than once per year. The marketability of the home is increased because any potential buyer for the home has access to the history of the home over several years, along with any disclosure provided by the home’s current owner and the findings of the potential buyer’s own due diligence on the home.

  • FISH TANK POWERHEAD MAGNETIC HOLDER
    A fish tank powerhead holding device is taught, the device comprising a first magnetic assembly with a first permanent strong magnet and a non-stick surface adhered to one side, a second magnetic assembly with a second permanent strong magnet that is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic assembly and a non-stick surface adhered to one side, and a commercially available powerhead that is permanently affixed to said first magnetic assembly opposite from said non-stick surface such that the powerhead can be positioned to effectively aerate a fish tank.   • BALED AGRICULTURAL CROP PRODUCT UNBALING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
    An apparatus and method for using the apparatus is taught for decreasing the density of and feeding into a convention small baler agricultural crop product that has been compressed into several flakes, the flakes having been then further compressed into a large bale, the apparatus comprising a material bed and pusher assembly; a staging area; a set of feeder rollers; a set of drawing rollers; a metering assembly; a chaff discharge system; and a small baler. A method of using the apparatus is also taught. Baled agricultural crop product that is passed through the taught apparatus and method indistinguishably resembles agricultural crop product that has never been baled. US Patent No. 7,757,980
  • SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A COMBINATION GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL INSURANCE PROGRAM
    The present invention allows travel organizations to ensure that basic group, or “Core,” travel medical coverage is in effect for their travelers while allowing travelers the ability to upgrade the “Core” insurance if needed or desired. Thus, the organization need not purchase excess insurance, thereby reducing the organization’s liability for their group purchase decision. Until now, combining group and individual travel medical insurance has been impossible. Individual travel medical insurance policies could be customized, but travelers covered by a group policy had to accept the coverage their organizations chose. The present invention allows travelers with different needs and tastes from around the world to customize group travel insurance coverage according to their needs and desires. By offering choice, the present invention reduces the likelihood that travelers can successfully claim later that insurance required under the group program was inadequate.
