How to Book Your Appointment With Delain Law Office, PLLC

First Appointment; NEW Clients Only

To book your first 45-minute Zoom or Google Meet appointment with Attorney Nancy Delain, please click this paragraph, then click on an available time that is convenient for you. Fill out the contact form and hit Submit. You will receive a confirmation email that contains a link for payment through our credit processing system (we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). Or you may call us to use another payment method; we accept business or personal checks, but any check must clear the banking system (that can take up to six weeks; we need the check to actually clear the system, not the funds to become available) before any work is done.

You will receive several reminder emails and/or texts as your appointment time approaches. We require you to confirm your meeting by paying for it at least 24 hours in advance. The reminders also contain the link to our credit-card invoicing system; please remit your payment at least 24 hours before our scheduled meeting.

If you have paid already and keep getting the reminders, you need not worry; we received your payment if you received notice of the payment made through your credit or debit card. The same email goes out to everyone, whether they have paid or not.

Please do not respond to the reminder emails; they are sent by an unmonitored robot system.

If you prefer to meet in person in our offices, click on this link; be aware there is a $150 non-refundable surcharge to cover conference room time.

If we do not receive your timely payment, we will cancel your meeting.

Cancellation Policy

If we cancel your meeting at any time, including within the 24 hours before your appointment, we refund your payment for the appointment in full. Period.

If we miss your meeting time through our changed circumstance, we refund your payment for the appointment in full. Period.

If you cancel or reschedule your meeting more than 24 hours in advance, we refund your payment for the appointment in full. Period.

If you cancel your meeting within the 24 hours preceding your meeting, we refund your payment on a pro rated basis per hour or partial hour. For example, if your appointment is at 11:15 a.m. and you cancel at 9:35 p.m. the night before, you have canceled within the 24 hours preceding your appointment. Your refund would be calculated based on the number of hours between 9:35 p.m. and 11:15 a.m., rounding down. There are 13 hours and 40 minutes between the time you cancel and your appointment; thus, we would refund 13/24 of your payment, rounded up to the next penny (if your refund is, for example, $24.151, we refund $24.16).

If you do not cancel and do not show, no refund is available.

No refund is available for any in-person surcharge; we have already paid for the conference room time.
