I’m a patent, general IP and business attorney with an office in the historic Stockade district of Schenectady, NY. I work regularly with intellectual property and business matters ranging from patent prosecution to copyright litigation to business entity selection to contract negotiation and drafting. Before law school, I spent over 20 years working in industry as a technical documentation person, mostly in the software industry. My husband, Jim Simpson, and I have nine cats and, between us, four kids. The cats all live with us; the kids, all adults, do not.
For fun, I travel, read, listen to audiobooks, swim, walk, shoot target, and play with our kitties.
