I’m a patent, general IP and business attorney with an office in the historic Stockade district of Schenectady, NY. I work regularly with intellectual property and business matters ranging from patent prosecution to copyright litigation to business entity selection to contract negotiation and drafting. Before law school, I spent over 20 years working in industry as a technical documentation person, mostly in the software industry.

On a less dramatic note, I have my STEINWAY® piano sitting in my waiting room waiting to be played by my clients and potential clients. The piano and the office are usually even in tune.
